How to connect

In Claude, open Customize > Connectors and choose the option to add a custom connector. Enter https://jeromehandywash.com/mcp and name it Jerome Handy Wash. No authentication is needed. Then enable the connector in your conversation. Menu names may change.

On Team and Enterprise, an Owner adds the connector under Organization settings > Connectors, then members connect to it. Free allows one custom connector.

Other assistants that support remote MCP over Streamable HTTP can use the same URL without sign-in.

get_machines

Machine sizes, counts, standard wash prices and dryer start rates. Inputs: language (en or es). Example: Which washers can fit a comforter?

get_pricing

Published wash prices, dryer rates, payment notes and supply prices. It does not calculate a custom total. Inputs: language. Example: What does a standard 60 lb wash cost?

get_payment_methods

Ways to pay, the Speed Queen app location code and published fees. Inputs: language. Example: Can I pay by card?

get_location_hours

Address, opening hours, contact details and directions. Inputs: language. Example: Are you open on Sunday?

get_amenities

Published facilities, water, WiFi and amenities. Inputs: language. Example: Is there an ATM?

report_machine_issue

How to report a machine or payment problem, what to include and where to send it. It files nothing. Inputs: language. Example: How do I report a washer that took my money?

search_faq

Published FAQ answers matching words, or the first five answers when no query is given. Inputs: query (1 to 200 characters, not blank), limit (1 to 10, default 5), language. The source page contains the full FAQ. Partner answers contain only a referral to the separate business. Example: What does the FAQ say about king comforters?

get_contact_form_link

A contact form link with optional topic, machine number and message. It sends nothing. Inputs: topic (general, machine, payment, bulk or other), machine (up to 20 characters), message (up to 1500 characters), language. Example: Prepare a contact link about washer 12 not starting.

Language is optional and defaults to English. Use language es for Spanish. All eight tools are read-only.

What it never does

No tool reserves a washer, checks whether a machine is free now, takes a payment, issues a refund or submits a report. The contact-link tool fills only a link. You open the form, check it, add your name and contact details, and press Send message yourself.

Take A Load Off is a separate wash-and-fold partner. This connector links to its own website, https://takealoadoff.jeromehandywash.com/, without stating its prices, turnaround or phone. It does not book services for that business.

Data handling

The endpoint receives the tool name and the arguments your assistant sends. It does not request your conversation history or files. It answers from bundled public facts and makes no external requests. It has no database or file storage for calls. Successful calls write no application log line; failures and other diagnostics can reach hosting logs.

Netlify processes requests and may retain network information and diagnostic logs. The application does not set the hosting retention period; we have not verified an exact number of days. Your assistant provider receives results under its own terms.

A prefilled contact URL includes your message, topic and machine number. Opening or sharing it can put that text in browser history, host logs or other services. Keep sensitive information out of it. A contact form is submitted only when you press Send message. The MCP endpoint sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

Limits and accuracy

Answers reflect the pages included in the deployed server, not real-time machine status. Options can change the price of a cycle. The endpoint is configured for 60 requests per minute per IP address and domain. Invalid inputs get specific errors. If an answer is missing or a request fails, contact us.
